李晓敏、博士、副教授

1984年02月生,湖北荆门人。2010年06月博士毕业于南开大学生命科学学院微生物学系,2010至2012年在香港城市大学从事博士后研究。在Journal of Agricultural Food and Chemistry,、Food Chemistry、Food Microbiology、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等主流学术期刊上以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表论文16篇。
